KP ERP is a custom enterprise resource planning platform tailored specifically for Kyi Phyu Electric Store to modernize inventory control and daily retail/wholesale operations. The system replaces manual register processes with an automated digital workflow designed to handle complex electrical product categories and fast-paced store environments.

The platform features dedicated modules for point-of-sale (POS) checkout, real-time inventory management, and structured dashboards for sales analytics and revenue reporting. Staff members can quickly process orders, track stock movements across categories, and issue digital invoices while maintaining full oversight of active store inventory.

I implemented role-based authorization where cashiers focus on fast order processing and customer checkouts, inventory managers handle stock entries, suppliers, and reordering thresholds, and administrators access high-level sales insights, profit metrics, and staff performance logs.

The backend leverages Supabase and PostgreSQL for secure, real-time data persistence, alongside an local AI model via Ollama to assist administrators with intelligent stock forecasting and automated product querying.

The project focuses on operational precision, fast transaction speeds, and data-driven retail management, helping Kyi Phyu Electric Store scale efficiently while keeping stock errors to a minimum.
